At Rasilainen we prepare our products with a love for vegetables. A gentle production process during which the vegetables are not heated preserves vitamins and minerals, as well as the lactic acid bacteria of the fermented products. Our products are lactose-free, gluten-free and suitable for vegans.

Sauerkrauts and pickles prepared with the Rasilainen classic recipes are genuine food at its best.
Our sauerkrauts and pickles are fermented with lactic acid fermentation. Since the products are not heated at any stage, they preserve the vitamins and minerals of the vegetables and the lactic acid bacteria produced by the fermentation.
The basic ingredient of Rasilainen sauerkrauts is crisp white cabbage seasoned with carrot. Our succulent sauerkraut is delicious by itself, but is also perfect for cooking: for example for street food, woks and even sumptuous chocolate cake. Find inspiration in our recipes!

The piquant taste of Rasilainen pickled cucumber is complemented by herbs and garlic. The refreshing chilli pickles have an especially noticeable kick! Our pickles are a delicious snack and excellent for sandwiches. With sour cream and honey they form a classic appetizer.
