Cut the goat cheese into discs and roast on a dry pan just before serving. Mix the salad ingredients together and lift onto plate. Put the goat cheese discs on top and enjoy!

Ingredients - A recipe for 4
- 2 pcs (400 g) goat cheese, for example Sainte Maure
- 200 g Rasilainen Sauerkraut
- 1 lettuce
- 2 dl Rucola
- 1 dl roasted walnuts (other nuts suit as well)
- 2 dl cut strawberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- black pepper from mill
