Strawberry-Flavoured Sauerkraut-Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients - A recipe for 4

  • 2 pcs (400 g) goat cheese, for example Sainte Maure
  • 200 g Rasilainen Sauerkraut
  • 1 lettuce
  • 2 dl Rucola
  • 1 dl roasted walnuts (other nuts suit as well)
  • 2 dl cut strawberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • black pepper from mill

Instructions

Cut the goat cheese into discs and roast on a dry pan just before serving. Mix the salad ingredients together and lift onto plate. Put the goat cheese discs on top and enjoy!
