- 3 dl lingonberries
- 1 red apple
- 1 dl Rasilainen Sauerkraut
- 2 dl Turkish yoghurt
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp jaggery
- 2 tbsp roasted sunflower seeds
